I think that what you said about our purity is based on our acceptance of God, not our actual ability to be pure, couldn't be more correct. And i know that it is hard for us to know that we will always be sinning (we are not perfect) and that it is very hard to except because that means we hurt God more than once. But it says in scripture to not give up. There is a reward that will do much more than just balance out our pain and suffering. Our pain and hurt wont even equal even a fraction to how joyous we will be in heaven.

Christ means everything to me. He is my life. I love him more than i love anyone on this earth. The fact that i am constantly trying to be more like him, and be an example of him can be hard because its a huge goal that i will never fully get to. But the fact that he is my goal is also encouraging. I mean you dont get much more perfect than Jesus eh?
